Return & Refund Policy

At Hizoni, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with UK consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product.

Return Eligibility:

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Custom or personalized items, as well as personal care products and gift cards, are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Email contact@hizoni.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide instructions for sending items back.
3. Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. International returns may take longer and incur additional costs.

Refunds:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
- Please allow up to 7–10 business days for processing; your bank or payment provider may require additional time.

Exchanges:

- We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

- Contact us immediately at contact@hizoni.com with photos of damage or defects. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
